At the Horse Creek Stable Rescue Sanctuary in Georgia, a three-legged golden retriever named Tricycle embodies this extraordinary sensitivity.
Tricycle lives alongside other animals with special needs at the sanctuary and developed a strong friendship with Major, a St. Bernard-mastiff mix. When Major passed away in 2016, it was clear just how much Tricycle felt the loss.
