Meet Gülümser, the kitten with a constant smile!
This tiny calico was discovered in Istanbul, living among garbage bins. While most people overlooked her due to her appearance, a compassionate 7-year-old girl heard her cries and decided to help.
The girl’s father, a doctor, joined in the rescue. Together, they brought the kitten home and provided the care she desperately needed. For the first time, the little feline experienced love and began her journey to recovery.
Severe infections had caused Gülümser’s facial deformity, but that didn’t stop her. “They said she had no chance but then a miracle happened… she fought back,” Viktor Larkhill, the founder of Let’s Adopt, Global, shared.
The kitten was given the name Gülümser, meaning “she who always smiles.”
With dedicated love, care, and patience, Gülümser made a remarkable recovery.
Now, in her forever home, she has blossomed. The once frail kitten found in the trash has been transformed by her caring family.
Despite missing an upper lip and left ear, Gülümser’s zest for life is undeniable. Surrounded by a loving family, including a ginger feline friend, she thrives.
The bond between Gülümser and her young rescuer is unbreakable.
Gülümser has grown into a beautiful and courageous cat, full of gratitude and love.
