A young puppy once frightened by human interaction has slowly become more comfortable with people. Though in good health, the little dog was initially very sad due to spending time alone.
Stray dogs often face many hardships, and unfortunately, there are also cases where babies are abandoned in vulnerable situations.
Residents in a neighborhood discovered a puppy left behind in an empty house. This led them to contact a rescue team, as shared in a YouTube post by the shelter Animal House New.
Tragically, the puppy was not only abandoned without food or water but was also chained to one of the doors of the house. The Animal House New team arrived with cameras to capture the scene. They found a puppy that appeared tired, forlorn, and above all, very hungry.
Initially, the puppy was hesitant and nervous around the rescuers. Despite being offered food and water, he refused to eat. Unlocking the heavy chains around his neck required special tools.
After being freed, the puppy was taken by truck to a veterinarian for a health check. Despite all he had endured, he was in relatively good health, with only a deep sense of abandonment affecting him.
Thankfully, under the care of volunteers at the shelter, the puppy’s condition has improved in recent days. He is now able to move and play as he should, showing signs of recovery from the ordeal he faced.
