Brad Pitt has been dating jewelry designer Ines de Ramon for over a year, but he is cautious in introducing her to his six children.
Pitt, who has a close relationship with his children, is wary of causing potential conflicts with his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie.
A source shared with the National Enquirer, as reported by RadarOnline.com, that Pitt is “walking on eggshells” regarding introducing his girlfriend to his children.
The insider mentioned, “The caution stems from a desire to avoid additional tensions with Angie,” highlighting the importance of Jolie’s role in their children’s lives as a mother and a close confidant.
The source added, “Can you imagine what a meeting would be like between the kids and Ines? No wonder he’s in no rush to make the introductions!”
In October 2023, Us Weekly reported another reason for Pitt’s hesitation. The publication noted that Pitt wanted to ensure the relationship with Ines was stable before introducing her to his children.
The insider explained, “It’s not that he doesn’t love Ines, it’s just that he wants to ensure this relationship is going the distance before he takes that major step.”
Despite this caution with his children, Pitt has not hesitated to introduce Ines to his friends. The jewelry designer has become very close with Pitt’s inner circle, spending much of their free time together.
Ines was recently seen celebrating Pitt’s milestone birthday in December. The couple appeared joyful at his birthday party, held at the Italian restaurant Mother Wolf in Los Angeles.
The event, attended by around 30 guests, saw the “Bullet Train” star and his girlfriend warmly greeting guests outside the venue.
