Actress Angelina Jolie and her daughter Zahara uniquely connect through their favorite scent. The star of “Maleficent” revealed that she and her 16-year-old daughter use the same Guerlain products, specifically scented lotions and body wash.
“Guerlain is a favorite of mine. Z [Zahara] and I share the perfume products, such as the lotion and the body wash.

I love that she and I will remember each other by a smell,” said Jolie. She added that this special memory holds additional meaning because her first experience with Guerlain was through her mother’s powder.
In 2017, Jolie became the face of Mon Guerlain perfume to honor her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand. Jolie mentioned that Guerlain was a brand her mother cherished, which is why it holds sentimental value.

“It spoke to her, as it does to me, of beauty, history, and quality; one of the oldest perfume houses in the world, from France, a country I love and feel connected to,” she explained.
In a recent British Vogue interview, Jolie noted that she tends to invest in high-quality items and wears them extensively when asked about her fashion choices. “Boots, a favorite coat, a favorite purse, I don’t change things often,” she said.
Regarding sustainability and reducing her carbon footprint, Jolie mentioned being cautious about buying new items, preferring to re-wear her favorites and explore vintage shops.

Jolie also shared that she doesn’t view herself as a “traditional” parent. Although she always wanted a large family, she’s had to adjust her parenting style during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Initially, she pictured her family traveling the world and embarking on adventures, but the lockdowns required them to stay home.
