According to reports, Angelina Jolie may be planning to leave Hollywood after enduring a difficult custody battle with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt.
The actress has faced significant personal turmoil due to the contentious nature of their separation and the subsequent legal disputes over their children.
The National Enquirer reports that Jolie is exhausted from being portrayed negatively in the media throughout this ordeal. A source revealed, “Even with all the facts, their peers are siding with him. It makes her sick that people in Hollywood can be such hypocrites.
She doesn’t want to be in L.A. and plans to take off for Cambodia as soon as all the kids are of legal age. Angie has no close ties to Hollywood. She’d rather be working with refugees at her home in Cambodia.”
The custody battle is not the only legal dispute between the former couple. Brad Pitt has accused Jolie of deliberately harming him by selling her 50 percent stake in their French vineyard, Chateau Miraval, to a Russian oligarch with controversial ties.
This sale led to further legal action, with Pitt alleging that the sale violated an agreement that neither party would sell their stake without the other’s consent.
Jolie sold her share of the vineyard to Tenute del Mondo, a Yuri Shefler’s drinks conglomerate subsidiary. Pitt’s lawsuit claims that Jolie aimed for “unearned” profits and disregarded their prior agreement.
This accusation has added another layer of complexity to their ongoing legal battles, which began when the couple filed for divorce in 2016.
