Actress Angelina Jolie was seen in New York City this weekend, enjoying a walk with two of her children, Pax, 15, and Knox, 10. Jolie, 43, kept it chic with an all-black ensemble, donning a cozy overcoat and a long knit scarf.
She completed the look with fitted trousers and low-top boots, accessorizing with oversized sunglasses and earrings. This outing comes amid ongoing proceedings related to her divorce from ex-husband Brad Pitt, which began in 2016.
The former couple reached a custody agreement for their six children last year. Jolie and Pitt share three adoptive children: Maddox, Pax, and Zahara, along with three biological children: Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne.
During her day in New York, Jolie was also seen with Shiloh and Zahara, where they visited the Skarstedt Gallery on the Upper East Side, which specializes in contemporary art.
Later, Jolie and her children, including Vivienne, stopped by Toytokyo in the East Village for some shopping. As they left, Vivienne was spotted carrying a full shopping bag.
Jolie and Pitt, once known as “Brangelina,” were married at their Chateau Miraval in the South of France in 2014. However, in September 2016, Jolie filed for divorce.
Despite public disputes over financial matters and child support, the former couple announced in January 2017 that they would handle their divorce discreetly.
As the custody arrangement has been settled, further complications arose over financial matters, with Jolie’s team accusing Pitt of not providing meaningful child support.
Pitt’s lawyer countered by stating that Pitt had paid bills totaling $1.3 billion and had loaned Jolie $8 million toward her current home.
Jolie and Pitt’s complex divorce continues to draw attention, while Pitt is rumored to be dating fellow film star Charlize Theron, with The Sun reporting that they met through Theron’s ex-husband, Sean Penn.
