Angelina Jolie and her daughter Zahara reached a significant milestone as they participated in the move-in day festivities at Spelman College ahead of Zahara’s freshman year.
The event marked a poignant moment for the mother-daughter duo, captured in heartwarming photographs.

Amidst smiles and excitement, Angelina and Zahara were warmly welcomed onto campus on August 11, their joy evident in images shared by Darryl Holloman, the Vice President of Student Affairs at Spelman College.
While Angelina struggled to articulate her emotions, she expressed overwhelming pride and excitement for Zahara’s journey as a “Spelman girl.”

Reflecting on the occasion, Angelina remarked, “I’m going to start crying if I talk about today.” Despite the emotional weight of the moment, she remained composed, hoping to hold back tears.
Her enthusiasm for Zahara’s new chapter at Spelman College, a historically Black college and university in Atlanta, Georgia, was palpable.
Angelina proudly disclosed Zahara’s decision to attend Spelman College in late July, joining her siblings Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox.
