Today, as we made our way back to the field, we noticed a little puppy wandering dangerously close to traffic. Concerned for his safety, we decided to bring him along with us.
This young pup, now named Pingan, seemed frightened yet was incredibly cooperative.
His fur was dirty and tangled, prompting us to clean and gently groom him. Pingan appeared tired and hungry, so we provided him with some food and checked his general health, despite having only limited resources at hand.

Pingan seemed comforted by our company, though he was easily startled by the barking of other dogs. Seeking solace, he huddled in a corner, clearly feeling scared and alone.
We offered him powdered milk, which he refused when presented with a bottle, so we switched to a bowl instead. Tomorrow, we plan to either quarantine him or set up a secure cage to keep him safe from harm.

Despite his initial fear, Pingan quickly warmed up to us, revealing a lively and spirited personality. It’s heartening to see him playing and interacting with us, almost as if he views us as his caretakers.
We are dedicated to providing him with the love and support he needs, especially since he is missing a leg and requires extra attention.

In these first few days we’ve spent together, Pingan has already touched our hearts. We hope that, with time and care, he will heal both physically and emotionally and become a cherished member of our family.
